Target Cleaning Supplies Sale!

I don't know about you, but I'm obsessed with Target. Ever since they opened one right down the road from me I go there on a weekly basis. Especially now that I have a Target Red card and the Cartwheel app.

Another crazy thing is, Target almost always has sales on things that I really need or am running low on. This weekend I realized I need more household cleaning products like laundry detergent, windex, etc.

Well every Sunday morning when I wake up I look at Target's weekly ad to see what sales are going on and wouldn't you know they were having a household item sale! The deal was if you spent over $50 worth of certain cleaning supplies you would get $15 off. Another amazing thing is that Cartwheel often has coupons for the same things that are on sale and so do the manufacturers. I go to coupons.com and use their website to print out coupons for things I need.

So today I went and stocked up on a bunch of stuff and got an amazing deal on everything! I doubled up on coupons and of course received 5% off my entire order. I also got other little things I needed which I listed below the cleaning supplies. I hope you're able to go out before the sale ends Saturday!!

Cleaning Supplies:

Total after tax and before coupons:

$61.87

After coupons and my red card discount it brought it down to about $39!

Miscellaneous:

Total with tax before coupons:
$21.26

Total after coupons and red card discount:
$15.21

Next post will be another Target haul. Clearly I have a problem! Until next time 😘

Perfect Mascara Routine

Soooo I know it's been a really long time since I last posted, but my life is finally slowing down a little and I'm ready to jump back into blogging!

Recently I've had a lot of compliments on my eyelashes, people have even asked if they're fake.. And guess what they're not! I absolutely love mascara, it's the only make up I wear every single day. I have tried lots of different brands and types of mascara. But I always find myself coming back to using CoverGirl brand. All of their brushes and types of mascara I have always loved and continue to buy over and over again.

Right now I wear the same mascara for 2-3 days in a row. I know... Sounds bad or gross, whatever! I've been doing it like this forever. I feel it's so wasteful to wash it off everyday and it doesn't bother my eyes and honestly my 2nd day lashes almost always look the best.

Now my routine is definitely very different, but this is the one I've been using for a couple months now and have fallen in love with. I'll list the different types of mascara I use and what order I use them each day. I use an almost empty and an empty tube of mascara because I like the brush from it, to comb through my lashes.

I hope you all enjoy!

CoverGirl The Super Sizer

*I use a fresh tube and an almost empty tube

CoverGirl Full Lash Bloom

* I use an almost empty tube

CoverGirl LashExact

* I use a completely empty tube

Day 1

The first day I spend a lot of time perfecting the eyelashes, but it's something I have to do!

The right eye is what my eyelashes look like without any mascara on.

Step 1: I run the Full Lash Bloom over all of my eyelashes.

Step 2: I run the full tube of Super Sizer mascara all over my eye lashes.

Step 3: Then I run the close to empty Super Sizer brush and Full Lash Bloom through my eyelashes.

Step 4: Next I run the full tube of Super Sizer through all of my eyelashes again.

Step 5: Lastly I run the Lash Exact brush through my eyelashes to get any clumps and fan my lashes out even more.

6. I always get excess mascara on my eyelids so I get it off with make up remover after the mascara is completely dry. And I'm done! These are my lashes after over 12 hours.

Day 2

When I wake up in the morning my eyelashes still look pretty decent but I like to add more volume. So I take my full tube of super sizer and add a few coats. Then I comb through it with the full lash bloom and lash exact brush and this is how they turn out!

Day 3

Now I realized the picture makes them look super clumpy, but in person they looked a lot better! Anyway my eyelashes again look pretty good. I go through with the empty super sizer and full lash bloom to comb out the lashes and that's about it and my eye lashes look like this!

I hope you all enjoyed this post. Next post will be a target haul, they're currently having a clothes and shoes sale. 20% off your entire order of $75 or more, go now before it ends!!!!
